Palak Jain

Palak Jain has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career as a Human Resources Analyst at S2S IT Solutions Pvt Ltd in June 2015 and worked until May 2017. They then joined Kinara Capital as a Human Resources Executive from June 2017 to October 2018. After that, they worked at Capgemini as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from October 2018 to May 2020. From May 2020 to January 2021, Palak served as a Senior HR And Operation Specialist at Cuemath. They then joined Kinara Capital again as an Asst. Manager-Talent management (HRBP) and Talent Acquisition from January 2021 to October 2021. Subsequently, they worked at Unacademy as a Human Resources Business Partner from October 2021 to May 2022, where they handled various responsibilities such as employee relations, culture surveys, exit management, and employee engagement. Currently, Palak works at UrbanPiper as a Lead HRBP, starting from June 2022.

Palak Jain obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from South Gujarat University, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. In addition, they hold additional certifications in "Finding and Retaining High Potentials" from LinkedIn, obtained in June 2022, and "Lean Six Sigma Green Belt" from Benchmark Six Sigma, obtained in November 2020.
