Arceli S has a diverse work experience in customer support and moderation roles. Arceli started their career in 1999 at AOL as a Customer Service Representative, where they assisted members with their billing issues and responded to emails. Arceli also served as a Community Action Team Moderator, where they monitored and moderated various online platforms, including chat rooms and message boards. In 2007, Arceli joined eTelecare Global Solutions as an America Online Community Action Moderator, where they continued their moderation work. In 2016, they joined Airtasker as a Content Moderator, reviewing and moderating the company's front end portal and managing internal resources for moderators. In 2017, they worked at UrbanSitter as a Moderation, Support, and Operations Specialist, handling moderation, operations, and customer support via email. Arceli currently works at OpenWeb as a Trust & Safety Team Member.

Arceli S completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accountancy from Holy Angel University, starting in 1995 and finishing in 1998.
