Marian Krafft has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Marian began their career at Daimler AG (Mercedes-Benz Cars) in 2010, where they worked as a Marketing/Branded Entertainment intern for two months.

In 2012, they interned at Jung von Matt as an Account Management/Strategic Planning intern.

Marian then joined BASF East Asia Regional Headquarters Ltd. in 2013, initially as a Communications intern and later as a Business Development & Support Asia Pacific team member.

From 2014 to 2018, Marian worked at BASF Belgium Coordination Center, where they held the position of Global Media Relations for Performance Materials.

In 2018, they joined RootBranded as a Business Strategist for a year.

Currently, Marian is employed at Urbantz, starting in 2018. Marian has held various roles within the company, including Customer Success Manager, Team Lead Customer Success, Head of Customer Projects, and most recently, as the Head of Professional Services & Support. In October 2022, they assumed the position of Head of Operations.

Marian Krafft completed an Advanced Master's degree in Innovation & Strategic Management at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, Marian earned a Bachelor's degree in International Communication & Media from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht). During the year 2011, Marian studied abroad at Concordia University for a semester, although the field of study for this program is unspecified. Additionally, Marian obtained a certification in Learning REST APIs from LinkedIn in June 2021.
