Marijn Vandevoorde

Marijn Vandevoorde started their work experience in 2006 as a Software Developer at Custodix, where they worked on an in-house project focused on building a marketplace for the medical sector. Marijn joined Ghent University in 2010 as a web developer and database administrator, where they developed internal and public websites using PHP and CakePHP with MySQL databases. Marijn also coached doctorate students in building applications related to DNA sequencing and big data management. In 2011, Marijn became a Web Developer at Twoo and later joined Sevenedge in 2014 as a Senior Web Developer. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Teamleader CRM, first as a Lead Developer and then as an Engineering Manager. In 2021, they joined madewithlove as an Engineering Manager and currently serves as the VP of Engineering at Urbantz since November 2022.

Marijn Vandevoorde completed their primary education at De Bron from 1994 to 2000, where they studied Science with a focus on Mathematics. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Informatics at HOGENT from 2000 to 2005. No additional information is given about their education history beyond these two experiences.
