Alice Duval

Alice Duval is an experienced professional in the real estate and notarial sectors. Currently serving as Responsable d’Opérations Immobilières at URBAT since October 2021, Alice is also undergoing training as Responsable programmes immobiliers. Previous roles include Clerc aux actes courants at SAS NOTAIRES FOCH and SCP VILLARET-SATGER ET GUIGOU, as well as a significant tenure as clerc de notaire at Office Notarial de Baillargues ONB, focusing on land purchases and program assembly. Alice's extensive background in notarial practices began in 1999 as a clerc stagiaire at Scp Vidal - Coste.
