Arslan Bensiam

Arslan Bensiam is an experienced architectural and project management professional with extensive expertise in technical design and project development. Currently serving as Responsable Technique Conception at URBAT since October 2020, Arslan focuses on feasibility studies, project assembly, team management, and cost validation. Prior experience includes roles at Batisphère as Chef de projet, overseeing significant projects including industrial extensions and rehabilitations, and at SUD Architectes as Assistant de projet, contributing to urban diagnostics and feasibility studies. Arslan holds an HMONP degree from École nationale supérieure d'architecture de Lyon and a double degree in Civil Engineering and Urbanism from INSA Lyon, complemented by a specialization in management and technology.
