Niels Hagels

Niels Hagels currently serves as the COO and Directeur Zakelijke Markt at CycloVriend, a family business passionate about promoting cycling, where the journey began with a bike shop established in Opmeer in 1972. Previously, Niels held the position of Managing Director at Urbee from April 2018 to November 2023. Prior to this, Niels was the Managing Director Europe at NCC Group, specializing in cyber security and risk mitigation from 2002 until August 2016, and also served as Managing Director Germany and Commercial Director Escrow Europe. Niels founded Pronoc in February 1996, focusing on e-business network management. Niels holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Western Cape.
