Azeez Hayne

Azeez Hayne has served as Chief Administrative Officer since October 2020, and also serves as General Counsel, a position he has held since 2015. He is responsible for the Human Resources, Talent, and Legal functions at URBN as well as the portfolio of brands, which include Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, Free People, BHLDN, Terrain and Menus & Venues. He leads all corporate strategic and tactical HR, Talent, and Legal initiatives and advises senior management on company strategies and execution.

Prior to joining URBN, Azeez was a Partner at Morgan Lewis & Bockius in the Labor and Employment Practice focusing primarily on defending complex Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) litigation and systemic discrimination class actions. Azeez holds a law degree from University of Virginia School of Law as well as a B.A. in Biology from Swarthmore College.
