Jason Bisping

Jason Bisping, PhD has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Jason currently holds the position of Director of Learning and Development at Urgently, where they utilize ADDIE and SAM models to develop training content. Jason also incorporates adult learning principles into their training materials to ensure relevance and applicability. Additionally, Jason leads an eLearning design group that creates interactive and engaging courses using gamification and simulations. Prior to their current role, Jason served as the Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Ideal Outcomes, Inc. Jason also worked as a Senior Learning Development Consultant at the same company. From 2014 to 2016, Jason worked as a Leadership Development Specialist at Dish Network. Jason has also served as a University Professor at the University of Colorado from 2011 to 2014. Jason's previous positions include roles at Align Care, a healthcare start-up, and the Interactive Theatre Project, where they held the role of Assistant Artistic Director.

Jason Bisping, PhD received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Double Major: Theatre Literature, History and Criticism and English Literature and Writing from St. Cloud State University in 2001. Jason then attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Theatre Literature, History and Criticism from 2005 to 2007. Jason further pursued their education at the University of Colorado Boulder and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Applied Theatre, Theatre Literature, History and Criticism from 2007 to 2011.
