Philippe Amare

Philippe Amare has extensive experience in industrial management, currently serving as Regional Industrial Director at URGO Group since June 2008, overseeing six manufacturing plants across Europe, Asia, and Latin America, specializing in medicines, medical devices, and cosmetics. Previously, Philippe held roles as Operational Excellence Director, where the focus was on implementing operational excellence programs in three plants, and Industrial Director of Urgo Thailand. Philippe began a career at Patagonia from January 2001 to May 2008, managing production operations and overseeing European manufacturers and contractors. Early career experience includes a role as Contract Manager at Decathlon France. Philippe Amare holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur, completed in 1998.
