Iris Sullivan

Iris Sullivan is the current Vice President of People at Urjanet. Iris has over ten years of experience in recruiting and talent management. Prior to their current role, they were the Director of People Operations and Culture at Sifted.co. Iris has also served as a Talent & HR Consultant for The Baby Box Co. and Vrai and Oro. In addition, they are the founder and CEO of FindersKeepers Talent, a Los Angeles-based talent agency.

Iris Sullivan has a B.A. in Global and International Studies from UC Santa Barbara and a Certificate in Strategic Leadership and Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
