Sudhagar Alphonse

Sudhagar Alphonse has worked in the IT industry since 2006. In that time, they have held a variety of roles at several companies. From 2006 to 2016, they worked at Sutherland Global Services, where they began as an Incident Management and ITO Queue Management before becoming a Shift Lead, Subject Matter Expert, Sr. Technical Consultant, and Technical Consultant. In 2016, they moved to Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an Operations Management. Sudhagar then moved to DXC Technology in 2017, where they held the role of Operations Shift Manager. Currently, they are working at Urjanet as an Information Technology Infrastructure Operations Manager, where they are responsible for managing networks, desktop support and hardware, as well as managing a 2-3 member team, preparing budgets, and managing IT Helpdesk tools and ticket management according to SLA's.

Sudhagar Alphonse has a comprehensive educational background. Sudhagar obtained a Higher Secondary degree from Soma Sundara Kanya Vidyalaya Matriculation Hr. Sec. School in 1995-1996, studying Advanced Biology. Sudhagar then went on to Pachaiyappas College For Men, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Advanced Biology from 1997-2000. In 2001-2002, they attended Meston College of Education, where they earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). In 2002-2004, they earned a Master's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Loyola College. Alphonse also has several certifications, including ITIL V3 Foundation from EXIN in June 2015, Six Sigma from Sutherland Global Services in September 2014, UNIX, C from Radiant Logic in January 2006, and Medical Transcription - Data Coding from Medilogist.com in August 2000. Additionally, they have an ITIL V3 Foundation degree from Adept Technologies, which they earned from 2016-2020.
