Sudhagar Alphonse has worked in the IT industry since 2006. In that time, they have held a variety of roles at several companies. Alphonse also has several certifications, including ITIL V3 Foundation from EXIN in June 2015, Six Sigma from Sutherland Global Services in September 2014, UNIX, C from Radiant Logic in January 2006, and Medical Transcription - Data Coding from Medilogist.com in August 2000. Additionally, they have an ITIL V3 Foundation degree from Adept Technologies, which they earned from 2016-2020.
