Michal Rotem Helman

Michal Rotem Helman currently serves as the Director of Quality Operations at UroGen Pharma since December 2019, having previously held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at Johnson & Johnson from January 2014 to December 2019. At Johnson & Johnson, Michal led quality operations for a manufacturing site focused on human plasma-sourced biological products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as cGMP and collaborating with global partners. Prior experience includes roles at Omrix Biopharmaceuticals as QA Leader and at Prochon Biotech Ltd. as a Research and Development Assistant, where Michal gained expertise in quality management and laboratory practices. Michal holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
