Brianna Langone, SHRM-SCP has had an extensive work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Brianna started their career as a Barista at Starbucks Coffee Company, where they worked from 2006 to 2010. Brianna then moved on to work as a Library Page at the Santa Clara County Library from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, Brianna joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee, where they focused on developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and practicing sales techniques. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Recruiter at Workbridge Associates, a technology recruiting firm. In 2013, Brianna joined Kforce Inc as a Service Coordinator II, where they led, mentored, and trained other Service Coordinators. Brianna also ensured compliance with employment laws and managed consultant paperwork. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Customer Relationship Specialist at Kforce Inc, where they supported premier client accounts and implemented operational improvements. From 2017 to 2018, Brianna served as a Compliance Specialist at Kforce Inc, identifying and resolving potential risk and ensuring compliance with employment laws. In 2019, they joined Randstad Technologies US as an Engagement Manager, where they managed client relationships. Finally, from 2021 to the present, Brianna has been working at Ursus, Inc., initially as a Sr. Onboarding Manager and later promoted to the role of Director, Onboarding & Engagement.

Brianna Langone, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from San Jose State University. Additionally, they have obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in July 2021.
