Agustina Jorcin has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of HR and talent acquisition. Agustina currently works at Uruit as a Client Success Manager, where they play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Talent Acquisition at Uruit, where they built and led the Talent Acquisition Team, updated talent processes, and managed indicators and metrics for the team.

Before joining Uruit, Agustina worked at AstroPay as a Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for managing HR functions. Agustina also served as a Technical Recruiting Specialist at AstroPay, where they specialized in recruiting technical profiles.
