Kasey Schiltz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR technology, and training development within the agricultural industry. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition & HR Technology Manager at URUS Group since December 2018, Kasey manages HR software systems and utilizes data analytics to inform strategic decisions. Previous roles at URUS include People Development & HR Project Manager and Training Coordinator, where responsibilities involved managing learning management systems, designing e-learning courses, and leading HR initiatives. Kasey also has experience as an International Business Specialist at Genex Cooperative and as a Dairy Learning Communications Specialist at Alta Genetics. Kasey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business and International Agriculture from Iowa State University and has further education from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
