Olivier Hiers has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles and industries. Olivier currently serves as the VP of Digital Strategy at URUS Group since April 2023. Olivier has also worked as a Product Manager - Business Development at Simonis Group from January 2003 to September 2007, Technical Sales Specialist at Ecologic from July 2001 to April 2003, and Water and Hydraulic engineer at Cusichaca Trust from June 1999 to September 2000.

Olivier Hiers pursued their education with diligence and achieved notable qualifications. In 2003, they attended AWEX in Brussels, Belgium, where they completed a Government Sponsored MBA program. During this period, they focused on Business Development and export.

Prior to that, from 1997 to 2001, Olivier studied at Cranfield University. There, they earned a BENG degree in Civil - Environment Engineer Land/Water. This program equipped him with the necessary knowledge and skills in this field.

In addition to their formal education, Olivier Hiers undertook professional development through acquiring certifications. In March 2021, they obtained Agile Marketing Foundations certification from LinkedIn.
