Tracee Nalewak-Giraldo has a range of diverse work experiences. Starting in 1994, they served as the Director of Sales at the Boston Back Bay Hilton, where they were responsible for managing sales and marketing, implementing service policies, and achieving exceptional sales goals. From 1996 to 2002, they founded and led Mass Affairs Incorporated, an event planning and consulting company. During this time, they managed various types of events for profit and non-profit organizations.

From 2002 to 2011, Tracee worked at MGM Resorts International in multiple roles. As the Director of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), they designed and implemented a cross-property reservation system aimed at driving customer loyalty and increasing cross-selling activities. Tracee later became the Executive Director of Marketing Development and then the Vice President of Marketing for CityCenter, where they were responsible for developing brand strategies and implementing a marketing plan for the luxury urban resort.

Tracee then worked at Hakkasan Group as the Vice President of Customer Experience Marketing from 2011 to 2017, overseeing customer experience initiatives. After that, they joined InterContinental Hotels Group as the Vice President of CRM/Customer Experience for Global Sales and Marketing from 2017 to 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, Tracee served as the Vice President of Global Hospitality Marketing at Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Tracee then held the role of Vice President at Hotel Solutions Partnership from 2020 to 2021.

Currently, Tracee is working at UrVenue, where they have held the position of Chief Marketing + Product Officer from 2021 to 2022, and is currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer.

Tracee Nalewak-Giraldo completed their education in multiple stages. Tracee first earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, attending from 1987 to 1993. During this period, they also briefly studied International Hospitality at the Institute Hotelier Cesar Ritz in 1991.

Following their undergraduate studies, Tracee pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Hospitality - Marketing at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2000 to 2001.
