Steven Eisenberg

Steven Eisenberg is chief administrative officer & general counsel for US Acute Care Solutions. He has more than 20 years' experience providing strategic transactional and regulatory counsel to clients in the health care industry.

Steven joins USACS from Cardinal Health, where he was vice president and general counsel of Cardinal Health at Home. There, he headed the legal and compliance departments, led multiple mergers and acquisitions and was instrumental in developing the business’ overall post-acute care strategy. Before joining Cardinal Health at Home’s executive team, Steven was a partner at Baker & Hostetler, a national law firm, where he practiced corporate and health care law.

Steven earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the health law program at DePaul University College of Law and a Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University.
