Roxanne Sayklay

Roxanne Sayklay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and total rewards management. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at US Anesthesia Partners since February 2019, Roxanne previously held the position of Sr Director - Compensation. Prior roles include Compensation Manager at Vizient, Inc. from 2017 to 2019 and Sr. Compensation Business Partner at CompuCom from August 2016 to October 2017. Roxanne's early career at The University of Texas at El Paso spanned from August 2008 to May 2015 as Director, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities including departmental management, financial reporting, and human resources oversight. Roxanne obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas, with double minors in Personnel and Industrial Relations and Organizational Behavior.
