Brad Favors

Brad Favors is a Certified Flight Instructor at US Aviation Group and has been working at Southwest Airlines since 2011. In their roles at Southwest Airlines, Brad has managed Flight Operations Fatigue & Human Performance and led the development of a Fatigue Risk Management System. Brad has also worked as an Auditor for Ground Operations Quality Assurance, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Brad holds a Master of Science degree in Human Technology Interaction and Aviation Safety, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Flight Operations Management.
