Michael Carpinello

Michael Carpinello has a diverse work experience in the financial sector. Michael is currently working as a Senior Vice President - Investment Banking at US Capital, where they oversee investment products and collaborates with peers in professional banking and investment advisory. Previously, they founded and served as the Managing Director at Paean Venture Partners LLC, where they led private placements and IPOs, managed corporate governance and investor relations, and developed strategic partnerships. Michael also worked as a Sr VP/IC Venture Capital/Private Equity at R.F. Lafferty, serving a diverse corporate clientele in the healthcare and technology sectors. Prior to that, they held roles at Amerx Capital, Foresters Financial, Prudential Financial, Morgan Stanley, UPS Store, and Trinity Brokers, gaining experience in investment banking, regional fund wholesaling, wealth management, and sales trading.

Michael Carpinello obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics & Business Sciences from Wagner College, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including the NASD SERIES 66 from Nasdaq in February 2012, the Series 25 - NYSE Trading Assistant Examination from NYSE in February 2002, the NASD Series 63 from Nasdaq in September 2000, and the NASD SERIES 7 from Nasdaq in January 1999.
