Robert Pozil

Robert Pozil has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Robert held the position of President at U.S. Continental - Leather & Fabric Care starting in June 2023. Previously, they served as the Chief Business Development Officer at Astro Pak Corporation from December 2019 to September 2022. During their time at Astro Pak Corporation, Robert was responsible for building and establishing a new Business Development unit, securing multi-million dollar contracts, and implementing the company's acquisition strategy. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Vice President at the same company from December 2006 to November 2019, where they oversaw the national sales organization, managed operating facilities, and led various teams. Before joining Astro Pak Corporation, Robert served as the President of Aleeda Grace, Ltd. from June 1997 to February 2006. Robert also held the role of Director of International Markets at Lander Co., Inc. from 1991 to May 1997.

Robert Pozil attended UC Irvine from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology.
