Desktop Support Specialist at US Eagle Federal Credit Union

Matthew Hoskins has a diverse work experience in the IT field and customer service industry. Matthew started their career at Kohl's as a Sales Associate, where they were responsible for customer service and inventory management. Matthew then worked at USAA as a Member Service Representative, assisting military veterans and their families with credit, banking, and financial transactions. During this time, they were also pursuing a degree in network security.

Next, Matthew joined RL Canning as a Desktop Support Analyst II, where they played a key role in deploying new point-of-sale systems and reducing outstanding ticket volume. Matthew was later promoted to a Platinum Support Analyst, providing 24/7 remote IT support to global customers, including C Suite executives.

After RL Canning, Matthew joined UnityBPO as a Desktop Support Technician. In this role, they provided desktop support for thousands of employees, ensuring HIPAA compliance and EMR security for the health system. Matthew also managed medical hardware and software applications to improve patient safety. Matthew was then promoted to the position of Westside PMG IT Client Services Manager, where they oversaw IT operations for nine clinics, provided training and support, and resolved IT issues affecting clinic operations.

Matthew Hoskins has an Associate's degree in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager from Central New Mexico Community College, which was obtained between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they attended ITT Technical I from 2016 to 2018, specializing in Networking and Systems Administration. And before that, they studied Network and System Administration/Administrator at ITT Technical Institute from 2015 to 2016. In addition to their degrees, they also hold a certification in A+ from CompTIA, which was obtained in October 2017.
