Matthew Hoskins has a diverse work experience in the IT field and customer service industry. Matthew started their career at Kohl's as a Sales Associate, where they were responsible for customer service and inventory management. Matthew then worked at USAA as a Member Service Representative, assisting military veterans and their families with credit, banking, and financial transactions. During this time, they were also pursuing a degree in network security.

Matthew Hoskins has an Associate's degree in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager from Central New Mexico Community College, which was obtained between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they attended ITT Technical I from 2016 to 2018, specializing in Networking and Systems Administration. And before that, they studied Network and System Administration/Administrator at ITT Technical Institute from 2015 to 2016.
