Sheila Stern, EdD, MSP I-O has an extensive work experience spanning over 30 years across various organizations. Sheila started their career in the United States Air Force where they served from 1990 to 1999. After leaving the Air Force, they worked as a First Sergeant in the Air National Guard from 1999 to 2003. In 1999, they joined HCA where they worked as the Director of Leadership, Organizational, Workforce Strategy & Development till 2014. Sheila joined Ascension in 2014 and worked as the Vice President, Clinical Operations, Learning & Organizational Development until 2019. From 2020 to 2023, they worked at Zotec Partners as the Vice President Human Resources, Learning & Talent Development. Currently, they are the Chief Human Resources Officer at US Heart and Vascular. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for the design, delivery, and strategic planning of learning experiences for employees and has pursued grant opportunities for their respective organizations.

Sheila Stern, EdD, MSP I-O has a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Performance Improvement Leadership from Capella University, a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science - BSBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus in Adana, Turkey. Sheila also has several certifications including Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls from LinkedIn, Influencer, The New Science of Leadership from Crucial Learning, Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue from Crucial Learning, and Certified Facilitator from the United States Air Force.
