Wiliam Nogueira Avila

Wiliam Nogueira Avila has extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Office Manager, Training Coordinator, and Turns Dispatcher at US Legacy Co. since December 2021, Wiliam has previously worked at Teleperformance as a bilingual agent and at LATAM Airlines, Viva Air, and LC Perú as an agent in passenger services and traffic. Wiliam also has a background in hotel management, having held reception positions at HOTEL CAMU CAMU, HOSTAL HUAYRURO, and HOSTAL AMBASSADOR, where responsibilities included managing reservations, guest communications, and maintaining operational systems. Wiliam holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Universidad Científica del Perú, completed between 2009 and 2015, and additional education from Instituto Columbia from 2016 to 2017.
