Andrew Beggs

Andrew Beggs is an accomplished finance manager and operating budget analyst with extensive experience in military logistics and operations. Currently serving in the US Navy since July 2024, Andrew is responsible for managing budgets for the Secretariat overseeing Research Development and Acquisitions. Previously, at Synchron, LLC, Andrew fulfilled roles as a business analyst and financial analyst for the Department of the Navy while simultaneously working as an executive assistant. Andrew's military career with the US Army spanned from May 2016 to August 2023, during which notable positions included Battalion Logistics Officer, Company Commander, and Executive Officer, managing significant budgets and leading various airborne operations. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point, graduating in 2016.
