Temea Simmons-Collins

Temea Simmons-Collins currently serves as the Director of Workforce Planning at the U.S. Secret Service, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Temea was the Vice President of Human Resources at DCI Consulting Group, Inc. from February 2021 to September 2025, where strategic human resources leadership was provided in collaboration with executive leaders. Temea also held various roles at U.S. Customs and Border Protection from November 2001 to February 2021, including Deputy Executive Director of Talent Management and Acting Executive Director for Privacy and Diversity, focusing on recruitment, diversity, and employee engagement. Temea's educational background includes a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Radford University and participation in several executive development programs, including the DHS Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program at American University.
