Stephen DeGrazia

Stephen DeGrazia has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Stephen founded SangCash in 2015, a digital tip jar for songwriters. As the founder, they aimed to ensure songwriters received fair compensation for their work. Stephen then served as the Founder in Residence at launch house from 2022 to 2023. Previously, they worked at Live Nation Entertainment from 2019 to 2022, focusing on concerts. Stephen also worked at Outdoor Voices as a Sales Manager, overseeing sales operations from 2017 to 2021. Moreover, they held a Sales role at Bonobos from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they gained experience as a Consultant at Guidepoint in 2020 and as a Venture Deals professional at Kauffman Fellows in the same year. Furthermore, they were a Council Member at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they worked at Vanguard as a Senior Investment Consultant from 2014 to 2015. Their earliest work experience was at Morgan Stanley, where they served as a Senior Associate from 2006 to 2013. At Morgan Stanley, they played a significant role in managing a $1 billion book of business for High Net Worth Clients, while also handling operations and settlements during the Financial Crisis of 2008. In 2007, they were nominated for a Leadership Award.

Stephen DeGrazia earned a high school diploma from Garden City High School. Stephen then went on to attend Franklin & Marshall College from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management & History. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Pre-MBA program at Fordham Gabelli School of Business, focusing on Econ Analysis & Bus Decisions, Markets, Business, and Society.
