Jake Nichols has extensive experience in the field of addiction medicine and substance use disorders. Jake is currently serving as the Director of Medical Affairs for the Recovery Division at US WorldMeds. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the President and CEO of Renovo Health, a private consulting group specializing in addiction medicine and pharmacotherapy. Jake has also held positions as a Senior Medical Advisor at Limitless Ventures, Principal for Clinical Product Strategy for Substance Use Disorders at axialHealthcare, and Clinical Specialist for Substance Use Disorders at Pear Therapeutics. Jake has worked as a Consultant at Professional Recovery Resources and served as a National Clinical Affairs Executive at Orexo. Jake has also worked as a Medical Science Liaison for Alkermes' Vivitrol and Vice President of Pharmacy Services for Massachusetts at OncoMed Oncology Pharmacy. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Director of Clinical Affairs at UMass Medical School. Overall, Jake has a diverse background and a wealth of experience in addiction medicine and clinical product strategy.

Jake Nichols began their education in 1994 and completed it in 2000 at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where they obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy degree with a specialization in Pharmacy. Following this, they pursued further education at UMass Boston from 2004 to 2007, earning an MBA in Healthcare Management.

In addition to their degrees, Jake Nichols has also obtained certifications throughout their career. In December 2020, they became a Substances of Abuse Specialty Pharmacist through PharmCon. Jake also holds the certification of Registered Pharmacist, which they obtained from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health in May 2000.
