Ashlyn Moraine

Ashlyn Moraine is currently working as a People Operations Partner at U.S. Xpress, Inc. Previously, Ashlyn was an Industrial-Organizational Psychology Consultant at UPS, where Ashlyn designed interview questions and scoring protocol. Prior to that, Ashlyn served as a Sales Experience Specialist at The Scion Group, focusing on recruitment, training, and customer experience. Ashlyn holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma.
