Rob Kimmer is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and brand protection law. Currently serving as the Head of Trademarks & Brand Protection Law at Mei & Mark LLP and General Counsel for Betches Media, Kimmer also holds significant roles as COO and Board Member for OPAD Airway, General Counsel for RASA, and Trademark/Copyright/IP Expert for USA 500 Clubs LLC. Additional experience includes founding and leading legal efforts for various companies, including Call It Whatever You Want, LLC, and SunPopCare, alongside a tenure as Senior Attorney at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP and Chair of the Trademark & Copyright Practice Groups at Litman Law. Kimmer's educational background includes a J.D. in Intellectual Property Law from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Theater Studies from Emory University.
