Paul Panicacci has a diverse work experience in logistics and management. Paul is currently working as a Director of Logistics Operations at USA DeBusk, where they oversee the planning and execution of operations for fixed bed catalyst changeouts and maintenance turnarounds for refineries. Prior to this, Paul served at Marine Corps Recruiting as a Tactics Instructor, where they trained Marine logistics units in tactical operations and conducted staff planning exercises. Paul also worked as a Battalion Logistics Officer, responsible for managing logistics for a 1000+ personnel unit, and as a Motor Transportation Officer, supervising ground transportation operations for the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit. Additionally, Paul served as a Landing Support Platoon Commander and fulfilled the role of a Business Credit Advisor at Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp. Paul started their career as a Desk Assistant at UA Residence Life.

Paul Panicacci earned their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Arizona from 2010 to 2014.
