In 2010, they transitioned into the field of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) as a Supervisor at Ram Solutions, where they gained extensive experience in manufacturing, refinery, and pipeline settings. In 2019, Sikandar joined Total Safety US, Inc. as a CCSM Operator, performing calibration and testing procedures on gas monitors and life safety equipment. Sikandar also worked at Dunham Price Industrial Services LLC. as a Site Environmental, Health, and Safety specialist, where they developed and executed health and safety plans and ensured compliance with policies and laws. Sikandar then moved on to Zachry Group, where they held the positions of Safety Facilitator and SSH&E WMS Facilitator, providing guidance on work management systems and observing and addressing job site safety conditions. Sikandar'slatest role was as an Environmental Health Safety Specialist at USA DeBusk, where they monitored safety and health compliance during construction, turnaround, and maintenance projects. Throughout their career, Sikandar has demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills, ensuring that company policies and procedures are upheld to the highest standards.

Sikandar K.'s education history begins in 2001 when they attended Port Neches-Groves High School, where they obtained their high school diploma in 2006. In 2007, they furthered their education by enrolling in Lamar State College-Port Arthur, and they earned an associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations in 2009.
