Thomas Kennedy

Thomas Kennedy is an experienced legal and operational executive, currently serving as General Counsel at USA DeBusk since January 2018. Previously, Thomas held the role of Sr. Vice President - Operations Chief Compliance Officer & General Counsel at Amerapex from January 2013 to December 2017, where Thomas was part of a three-member executive team. Thomas holds a Juris Doctorate in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from the University of Houston Law Center (1986-1989) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University (1982-1986).
