Kay Cassidy, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Kay currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at USA East Province Jesuits, where they lead all HR operations and plays a key role in HR decisions with senior management. Previously, Kay worked as the Human Resources Director at NSI from 2012 to 2017 and as a Human Resources Generalist at Asbury Communities, Inc. from 2010 to 2012. Kay also has experience as an HR & Project Coordinator at BAE Systems from 2005 to 2009, a Human Resources Coordinator at AMEWAS, Inc. from 2003 to 2005, a Human Resources Administrator at Casey Family Programs from 1999 to 2002, a Human Resources Benefits Manager at Zones, Inc. from 1995 to 1999, and a Human Resources Recruiter at MicroWarehouse from 1992 to 1995. Throughout their career, Kay has focused on employee engagement, talent mobilization, compliance, and staff development.
Kay Cassidy, SPHR has a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, which was completed by 2022. Kay earned a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Delaware between 1988 and 1992. Additionally, they obtained an ITEC certification in Esthetics from Atelier Esthetique. In May 2018, Kay Cassidy also received the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.

In our region, we refer to ourselves as the USA East Province of the Society of Jesus, one group within the Society of Jesus in the United States and one part of the worldwide body of Jesuits. We are the Society of Jesus (the Jesuits), a Roman Catholic order of priests and brothers founded in 1540 by the soldier-turned-priest, Saint Ignatius Loyola. In the vision of our founder, we seek to “Find God in All Things” and commit ourselves to the “Greater Glory of God.” The Jesuit mission has long been dedicated to: - Spreading the Gospel - Reaching out to those on the margins - Educating men and women for others With close to 17,000 priests and brothers worldwide, we are the largest male religious order in the Catholic Church.
