Robin Miller

Robin Miller has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Robin started their career as an HR Assistant at Defense Research, Inc. in 1992 and quickly moved up to the position of HR Director/Safety and Environmental Officer. In this role, they managed all aspects of HR management, including hiring, terminations, employee relations, payroll, and policy implementation. Robin also maintained the company's safety and environmental program. Robin then worked as an HR Manager at CMS Environmental, Inc., where they handled all HR responsibilities for the federal contractor, including workers' compensation, benefits plans, and EEOC compliance. At Customer Communications Center, Inc., they served as a Senior HR Manager, providing HR direction to multiple locations and overseeing various HR functions. Robin also held HR Director positions at Davel Communications, Inc. and IC Intracom before becoming the VP of Human Resources at USA Environmental, Inc. Overall, Robin has extensive experience in HR leadership and management roles.

Robin Miller earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Florida Metropolitan University between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and Business Administration from Alma College. Additionally, Robin has further certifications including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2015 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in 2000.
