Amber Rayfield

Amber Rayfield, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources management. Amber is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at USA Hockey since January 2022. Prior to this, Amber held the position of Human Resources Director at Current Media Group LLC from December 2017 to January 2022. Before that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at HealthSouth from July 2015 to December 2017. Amber also gained experience as the Operations/Human Resource Manager at Emergicare from April 2012 to July 2015. Additionally, they served as the Benefits Coordinator at Employer's Resources of Colorado from April 2005 to December 2009 and as the Tour Coordinator at Beyond Boundaries Travel from June 2003 to April 2005. Amber's early career included the role of Publisher Services Assistant at Source Interlink from June 2002 to April 2003.

Amber Rayfield, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from Fort Lewis College in the years 1998 to 2002. In 2021, they acquired the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI. Additionally, they are currently pursuing an Executive Coach Certification from IAP Career College, with an expected completion date in 2023.
