Kayla Ballard

Kayla Ballard, M.S., currently serves as a Marketing Coordinator at USA TODAY NETWORK Ventures since April 2023. Previously, Kayla held the role of Corporate Events Intern at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK from May 2022 to December 2022 and was the Director of Campus Activities at Chi Omega Fraternity Executive Headquarters during 2022. Additionally, Kayla worked as a Campus Ambassador at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from August 2021 to November 2022 and spent two years as a Summer Camp Counselor at Davidson Academy, engaging children in various activities. Early in their career, Kayla was a Lifeguard at Tommy Garrott Aquatics Facility from June 2016 to May 2018, responsible for training new guards and ensuring safety during swim meets. Kayla holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
