Kori Church is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event operations and customer success. Currently serving as Director of Event Operations at USA TODAY NETWORK Ventures since November 2020, Kori leads a team responsible for managing support for over 80 live events and enhancing customer interactions. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Marketing Associate at Rugged Races LLC, where Kori executed social media strategies and transitioned event portfolios to new CRM platforms. With a foundation in marketing and social media from various internships, as well as educational credentials from Ithaca College and Stanford University, Kori demonstrates a strong commitment to improving customer experience and event management.
