Chelsea Montes

Chelsea Montes has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the field of communications, marketing, and athletics. Chelsea started their career as a Communications Intern at USA Swimming in 2014 and later became a Media Relations Assistant at the National Junior College Athletic Association. Chelsea then worked as a Marketing Manager at Harbor Humane Society before joining the International Triathlon Union as a Communications Specialist. In 2020, they took on the role of Communications Specialist at Kids' Food Basket. Chelsea also served as a Training Camp Marketing Intern at Minnesota Vikings Football, LLC in 2013 and as a Co-Director of Philanthropy at University of Minnesota PRSSA in the same year. Most recently, they are working as a Content Coordinator at USA Triathlon since September 2021.

Chelsea Montes attended Traverse City West Senior High School from 2007 to 2010. Chelsea then went on to earn their Bachelor's of Liberal Arts in Journalism and Strategic Communication with a concentration in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Minnesota from 2010 to 2013.
