R. Adam Lee

R. Adam Lee has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2005, they served on the Financial Advisory Committee at Community Solutions and Sales, Renaissance Division. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at L3 Communication Systems - West, where they were responsible for budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. R. Adam then took on the role of Manager, Engineering Business Management, overseeing finance and administration activities at the same company from 2009 to 2013.

In 2013, Lee became the Director of Finance, Indirect Rates and Functional Cost Management, where they provided recommendations on cost structure and led budgeting activities for a $1B business. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Finance Manager, Proposal Pricing and Cost Estimating at L3 Communication Systems - West, managing cost and pricing data for proposals and audits.

In 2017, Lee expanded their responsibilities outside of finance, becoming the President of the Salt Lake Triathlon Club, where they created and implemented the club's vision and led a team of board members. R. Adam also became a USAT LV 1 Certified Coach at USA Triathlon in the same year.

In 2018, Lee joined L3Harris Technologies as a Business Engineering Sr. Manager, overseeing finance, human resources, and facility planning within the Engineering Department. R. Adam also became a Certified Cycling Power and Triathlon Swimming Coach at Slowtwitch and continues to serve as a board member at The Cove at Herriman Springs HOA.

Lee further expanded their coaching credentials in 2019, becoming an Ironman Certified Coach. Throughout their career, Lee has demonstrated expertise in financial management, leadership, and coaching in various organizations.

R. Adam Lee's education history includes various degrees and certifications obtained over several years. R. Adam completed a Certificate of Professional Development in Executive Education from The Wharton School in 2011-2014. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix between 2007-2009. R. Adam also attended The Buckley School of Public Speaking in 2009, focusing on Speaking and Writing. In 2005-2007, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they completed various courses at the New Horizons Computer Learning Center from 1995-2000, specializing in Networking, Web Design, MSFT Office, Oracle Financials, and Cisco. In 1993-1994, they studied Generals at the University of Utah. Apart from degrees, R. Adam Lee holds several certifications such as Certified Triathlon Swim Coach and Certified Cycling Power Coach from Slowtwitch, IRONMAN Certified Coach from IRONMAN, and Level I Certified Coach from USA Triathlon.
