Currently serving as the Manager of Competition and National Team Programs (Youth) for USA Ultimate, Joshua focuses on the growth of youth competition structures and community expansion. Previous roles include managing a team at The MIL Corporation with a Federal Top Secret Security Clearance, overseeing operational support for payroll systems, and serving as Operations Manager in a nonprofit setting for vulnerable populations. Joshua has also held various positions within USA Ultimate that involved program management, data analysis, and member services development.
