Edmund Donaldson

Edmund Donaldson serves as Executive Managing Director of Portfolio Management for USAA Real Estate. Edmund is the portfolio manager for the firm’s flagship, diversified open-end investment program. He is a member of the firm's Investment and Executive Committees.

Edmund joined USAA Real Estate from Hines, where he was a Senior Managing Director and member of their Capital Markets Group. He also served as Chief Investment Officer of the Hines U.S. Core Office Fund, Hines REIT and Hines Global REIT. During his 20 years with Hines, Edmund invested across all asset classes across the globe.

Edmund earned his Bachelor of Arts in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences from the University of California, San Diego, and Master of Business Administration from Rice University (Jones Graduate School of Business), where he currently serves on the Council of Overseers as well as the Real Estate Advisory Committee.
