Brian Sells

Brian Sells is a seasoned Lead Program Manager with extensive experience in managing large teams and complex projects in both the private sector and military. At USAA since September 2017, Brian directs teams in the development of Bank Subpoena responses and the management of Liens, Levies, and Garnishments through Agile methodologies. Previously, Brian served in the United States Air Force from April 2008 to April 2017, where roles included Director of Operations, Senior Portfolio Manager, and Deputy Division Director, overseeing significant cyber warfare initiatives and advanced research projects with substantial budgets. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Loughborough University, respectively.
