Chris Su

Chris Su is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Transformation Principal and Gen AI Program Lead at USAA since August 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing an enterprise-wide Generative AI initiative. Prior to this role, Chris was the Director of Software Development at Intercontinental Exchange, managing application and UI engineering strategies. Chris also held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Advantasure, leading Medicare Solutions for multiple clients. Previous experiences include roles at IBM, Constant Contact, Kronos, and Applix, with a focus on software development, team leadership, and innovation across various domains. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and dual Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from Northeast DianLi University of China.
