Christine Dickens

Christine Dickens has extensive experience in claims operations and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Claims Operations at USAA since October 2004. Prior roles at USAA include Human Resources Business Partner, Claims Service Director, Claims Staff Advisor, Claims Service Manager, and Claims Adjuster. Prior to USAA, Christine Dickens worked at various State Farm Agencies from 1988 to 2001, serving as Sales and Office Manager and as a Staff Training Specialist at State Farm between 1998 and 1999. Academically, Christine Dickens holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio and multiple Master of Arts degrees in Management and Leadership, as well as Human Resources Development from Webster University.
