Corie Pauling

Corie Pauling possesses extensive experience in leadership roles focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and corporate responsibility. Currently serving as Executive Director of Workforce Belonging & Corporate Impact at USAA, a position held since September 2023, Corie also previously held the role of Executive Director - Talent DEI. As President & CEO of the Alumni Association of the University of Michigan from October 2022 to June 2023, Corie led initiatives that fostered engagement and inclusion. Prior experience includes significant tenure at TIAA as SVP and Chief DEI Officer, following earlier positions as Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Employment, Benefits & Labor Law. Corie's legal career began at Littler Mendelson as a Shareholder and included a partnership at Ferguson Stein Chambers Gresham & Sumter, where a focus on civil rights litigation was prominent. Corie earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
