Kaitlyn Malson

Kaitlyn Malson is a skilled senior designer currently leading member-facing experiences on USAA's digital platforms since August 2021. Previously, Malson served as a senior UX designer at VMLY&R, where focus was placed on UX research and the early product life cycle for Ford Motor Company's global data management products. Prior to that position, Malson contributed as a UX/UI designer for Meijer and Gordon Food Service, emphasizing both UX and UI design for mobile applications and customer-facing websites. Earlier experience includes creating digital solutions at Mighty in the Midwest, executing brand projects at Joem Design, and responsive web design at TBX. Malson began a career with a graphic design internship at Grupo SM and gained administrative experience as a student assistant at the University of Dayton. Malson holds dual B.A. degrees in Communication/Journalism and Spanish from the University of Dayton, along with a minor in Visual Communication Design and Graphic Design.
