Luana Mendoza

Luana Mendoza-Evans, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational planning and event management. Currently serving as the Executive Operational Planning Director and previously in various roles within USAA's P&C Chief of Staff, Luana has developed a strong background in business strategy and modernization. Prior roles include Event Operations Manager at Security Service Federal Credit Union and Events and Donor Data Manager at Communities In Schools of San Antonio. Luana holds an MBA in Global Leadership from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and a Project Management Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin, complementing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
